Dimensions: approximately 42 inches x 30 inches. Dimensions can be varied upon installation.

Materials: Mixture of hand spun wool fiber and reclaimed wool, cotton and acrylic fibers. Industrial felt backing.

This lightweight work is backed with industrial felt and is installed by nailing directly into the wall. Small nails are included with this artwork. Need some tips on hanging this work? Check out my instructions here.

Concept:
”Joy Dreams” is the first piece in a new body of work breaking through in 2021. Sometimes you’re not able to see the purpose of a work until you’ve passed through it. That was “Joy Dreams” for me. I came to discover that the new color palettes and bright, playful demeanor of my recent work is a reflection of the joy I get reconnected to when I create my art. Though I come to my canvas sometimes with a heavy heart, it is my art that puts my fingers back on the pulse of hope and light. Dreams are rediscovered and joy is replenished.
